Roots updates
There is not much to add to the discography, other than that Orlake supplied many of the Saydisc-manufactured records in dated inner sleeves, which pinpoints pressing and delivery of the records to Saydisc. This is not always as helpful as it might appear for dating release because some of those inner sleeves viewed came with subsequent pressing runs and not the original.
For information on dates included on inner sleeves and pressing numbers for UK-pressed Roots blues releases, see Blues from the Avon Delta: the Matchbox Blues Story. Information on the non-blues SL-506 below.

SL-500 and RSE series updates
It is now confirmed that the SL-500 series was, as per the best guess in the discography, cherry-picked by Saydisc. The only UK pressings were for SL-504 and SL-506 as per discography. The RSE series began in 1971 abut only RSE 1 was manufactured by Saydisc.
It is now confirmed that RSE 3, the planned Austrian release of Saydisc Matchbox's SDR 213, Little Brother Montgomery 1930-1969, was not issued, at least, not until over a decade later (January 1988, if Music Master Labels List '89 can be believed), when the series was reissued en masse in Germany.

SL-506 - THE BLUEGRASS SPECIALS: The Train I Ride
The Orlake-supplied inner sleeve supplied is dated November 1970, which fits well enough with inclusion of the record in marketing materials. There was only one pressing run of 536 copies. November 1970 release it was, then.

Additional information
There was limited space to give to Johnny and Evelyn Parth's Roots label in the discography, what with only a subset of the LPs having been manufactured by Saydisc in the UK, so here is some information that was edited out of the book as published.
The Roots label had various numbering sequences but only the main RL-300, SL-500 and RSE series had records pressed in the UK by Saydisc. There was also what turned out to be a one-off RL-700 series LP (the very short-lived 'Hillbilly' series) though this did not get a UK pressing. Similarly, the one and only Roots label 7", EPL 001, Harmonium Blues by Jimmy and Mama Yancey, was only available as an (expensive) Austrian import via blues and jazz specialist record shops prior to Saydisc taking care of UK distribution.
Roots LPs, despite the "Limited Edition" moniker on sleeves had several re-releases/re-promotions over the years. Autogram in Germany reissued the whole series around 1983 (though still no RSE-3 by the look of things) and these have a 'block' Hofmann Druck logo on the rear sleeves. Labels on these are mustard, not blue-grey, and also have a raised ridge on the outside rim.
