BBC Music Magazine discography - can you help?

I'm currently compiling a discography of BBC Music Magazine cover CDs along with reader-only special offer CDs. The book is near-complete, but I am missing details on the following (the dates below indicate the issue of the magazine in which each CD was first advertised). If you can help, please get in touch via the contact page:
  • BBC COM 02: Composer of the Month: Respighi (Feb. 2000) - required: track listing, artist details (i.e. conductor, ensemble, soloists, if any), recording details (date, location).
  • WOMAD 1999 (Mar. 2001) - required: front sleeve scan or photo (without library sticker stuck on as per scan below!).
  • Proms 2003 (Aug. 2003) - required: catalogue number, track listing, artist details (i.e. conductor, ensemble, soloists), source CDs and publication dates if listed, front sleeve scan or photo (it probably looks like the image below - minus sticker, which is from the magazine advertisement).
  • Healing Powers of Music: Relaxing Sounds From Around The World (Nov. 2001) - required: individual track year publication details and source CDs (and their catalogue numbers if listed).
Copies of all four CDs are also required for the collection, but the information is the most important things at the moment.
The following are 'nice-to-knows' and not as urgent as the above, though information would still be very useful:
  • ​The Definitive Classical Music Collection: The BBC Music 12 CD Box Set (Jun. 1994) - required: overall box set catalogue number (I already know the individual CD numbers), photos/scans of each side of the box (this was an EMI Classics box set, though with BBC Music Magazine branding - see the magazine advertisement image below).
  • Reviews CD-ROM (Jan. 2004) - any details whatsoever! Scans/photos of the cover and any other scan-able bits would be very useful. (You'd need Windows 2000 or earlier to view the disc contents, though.) The inlay design may not be as per image below, which is from the magazine advertisement.
