The "Saydisc Historic Jazz Series"
This series' existence is only stated on an advertising insert distributed in the first pressing of SDL 112. No mention is made of the series on the two record sleeves.
Vol. 1 - Cylinder Jazz (SDL 112)
Vol. 2 - Pianola Jazz Rolls
The advertising insert with the original pressing run of SDL 112 states, "for release winter 1966"; when issued, it was titled Pianola Jazz, SDL 117, the sleeve of which states it to be the sister LP to SDL 118, Ragtime Piano, but stops short of calling it a series.

Vol. 3 - Mechanical Jazz - NOT ISSUED?
The advertising insert with the original pressing run of SDL 112 states that 'Mechanical Jazz' was to include, "cylinders, rolls, street pianos and Polyphons - release pending sufficient material". No Saydisc release has emerged that matches this exactly and there is no review of anything that sounds remotely like this in 'The Music Box' (the Journal of the Music Box Society of Great Britain), which would suggest that, if it did appear, it did so in a modified form that did not include mechanical music sources. Additionally, a Saydisc advert in Vol. 4 No. 4 of 'The Music Box' (Christmas 1969, p. 311) lists only known releases of mechanical music, i.e. not this one.
