The "Cotswold Series"
This was not exactly a series to begin with - SDL 247 merely lists records of "local interest", specifically The Great Western in Gloucestershire (SDL 220) and Cotswold Characters (SDL 222). This is added to on subsequent related records, where SDL 220 is quickly dropped (despite remaining on catalogue) and, as from Cotswold Ballads (SDL 268) this becomes the "Cotswold" series (with small "s"). An advertising insert from 1979 finally turns this from a 'soft' series to an 'official' series, at which point "series" gains a capital "S". Too much trivia?

Shortly afterwards, this was transferred to the recently-made-up "Victoriana Series".

While I Work I Whistle (SDL 300)
Mrs. Emily Elliot of Waterley Bottom (SDL 301)
Gloucestershire Wildlife Tapestry (SDL 304)
This is included in the series on a 1979 advertising insert covering the "Cotswold Series" and the "Victoriana Series". The record sleeve, however, makes no mention of other Cotswold records.
